You know, we hear that coffee is bad because it's got a lot of caffeine and then we hear from other source that it gets you burn the unwanted fat on our body... I guess it's good then! But who knows? Maybe it's good for me, it's not for others... Do you have any magical drinks that you can't live without? I would say... water, sparkling water, and maybe coffee, not exactly the bottled smoothie but homemade smoothie would be good, too!
